Default *updates* on my shafty

The new shafty :-).
Got to say, the swx chassis kit and rear steer is a huge step up from the 2008 stock ax10 chassis.

Chassis, motor and trans

Now added back axle

Now for the front axle

Now for the electronics

Now for the topper

Is this spot over by benton city? It looks like the yakima river in back ground.

Yea. That's out by the water place in benton city. Yea sunnyside is a shat hole now. I head out to BC prollly 2 times a week. Where else is there to crawl around this joint? I went to hover last week and its sooo grown over and glass everywhere. If you guys head out there you better bring some snake shot cause I ran into 3 within a half hour.

I heard there is some good areas in yak town area.

I got a set of HB rovers (white dot) and they are sick. Insane grip on the rocks around here. Ill post more pics when I get my new chassis. I think ill do a build thread even though it'll prolly be the same as everyones lol.

I'm getting around to it. I have 2 kids so I have to wait on stuff longer then id like too lol. There is still a lot id line to do but as of right now it crawls purty good. I lowerd the front of the body more (from the pic above) and moved my esc on top of the trans (had no better place to put it cause I had it on the links but it was limiting flex). I'm going to get a axial bta and put my battery/servo plate in the back to mount my servo, esc and bec to . I know it puts the electronics in "danger" but that is a risk I'm willing to take lol.
