| Clod chevy body mount ideas
Hey guys, I just got a clodbuster chevy hardbody and I'm trying to mount it to my ax-10 with the tcs xtrail chassis. I was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas on how to mount the body without using body posts and pins? |

Make an L bracket out of aluminum. Mount the long part of the L to the shock tower. On the short part of the L, add a piece of velcro. Do this to all four shock towers. Then place the other half of the velcro on top of the L bracket tops that already have velcro on them. Peel the plastic off so the sticky stuff is exposed, then place the body in position and press it down. There you go...no body posts. Just use the heavy duty velcro. I have pics of this that I've done to an xtrail chassis. I can post if you want.

Thanks for the advice! I ended up using homemade L brackets... and used the existing holes in the body to attach it. As soon as my computer is back up and going I will post some pics. Until then I just have to find a grill and get some small scale accessories!
