Default Axial Scorpion Pic Added

Wondering if I hot a good deal. Picked up a 1st gen scorpion. Has 2 sets of tires, radio, 2 lipo battery's, bunch of extra tubes and stuff, Chevy truck body, lockers, 2 motors, original one and high output? Motor. And tools to go with it. I paid $200. It runs great. Also I'm a noob at this, any mod suggestions? Can I get different body for it?

Default Axial Scorpion

I was never lucky enough to get a 1st gen AX-10. I now have a 2nd gen AX-10 Ridgecrest. Run it as is for now. Enjoy it while you save up your money. My suggestion is to save up for aluminum upgrades before you go for power upgrades. Make your truck ready for the punishment it will take from more power. If your shocks are plastic make them aluminum. The same with the suspension and steering links. Your truck will be better off with that initial investment. If your already there learn to drive it before you go the power route.

Sounds like you got a heck of a deal!

Pics help.. And appreciated.. ;)

Run it how it is. Give the builds on the first page a good reading and mods will become evident.
