Default This is the kit to git! My Ax10

And to think, I wanted to get a Nylint! This thing is awsome. Best money spent on an RC. I did alot of research on RCC before I set up my rig so here it is.

55T lathe
TQ3 and traxxas reciever( for now, Jr XS3 Pro on way)
Supper Rooster ESC (until Rooster Crawler comes)
Hitec 985 w/ HD servo saver
Lipo 1350mah 7.4v
Shock dampers inside shock to lower 1/2"
Trimmed body for clearence
6oz. reg bb and 3oz. airsoft bbs in front tires
6oz. airfoft in rear

Heres some pics from today. This was my first real testing. This is at Folsom Lake and the water is so low. More rocks to play on than you can handle. Went out all day and only covered 3 different big granite rock gardens. I almost wish the water was this low all the time.

So for the testing results. I beat the hell out of this think and its Bulletproof. I had no problems with anything. Tires worked great. Thought bbs might be to much weight but it helped so much with my traction and didn't seem to strain the rig at all. The only thing that broke was the cheap a** traxxas servo I knew I shouldn't of used. I also couldn't believe the runtime I got of the little 1350mah 7.4v lipos. I was getting about 45 mins. of runtime on one battery. I'm used to getting 8 mins. off my brushless Rustler on a 3900mah lipo if I'm lucky. Had so much fun today that I'm ditching the girlfriend to go back out tomorrow. Going to get some more pics and try and get my friend to set his crawler down long enough to take some video.

Was hot and went for a swim. Saw the rocks in the water and thought it would look cool.

What was your location? I like the HUGE rock field in the wide angle shot of your truck in the shade. It looks like a better spot to crawl then my favorit spot at Oak Point. For anyone else, where do you go at Beals point. I scouted out and crawled with a friend but: (A) it was too hot to go too far in the sun, (B) it was too hot. Any directions would be awesome.

Thanks and nice looking truck.

Got some new pics of my axial with my new baja bug body. This was all at Folsom lake again this last weekend. We went out to Rattlesnake Bar this time to check it out, challenging stuff. Took alot to get up some of the lines I tried be my axial didn't let me down.
Heres a pic of the rocks we played on.

Have not had any problems with anything breaking. All the mods I have done and the wieght in the tires has been working out great. Just need to get some softer springs on those shocks. Might try out a set of t-maxx big bores.

You like those tires? I didnt even put mine on the rims. I played with my buddies and they couldn't crawl ****. So mine are paper weights now. I have a bug body too and Im running the new rock claw tires and there great. I have no prob with the ax10. Im so glad I sold my 2.2 super for this thing. , Did you put a washer on the screw that holds the upper links to the axle? That will pull thru if you dont. Other then that mine is stock. Glad your happy with yours. Did you go out to Folsom last Sunday by Oak point? Did see that Bug body so just thought I would ask. Later
