Default AX-10 Questions

I want to get a AX-10, I was wondering what radio gear, motor and speedcontrol to use. Is brushless better? I am not new to the hobby but am new to crawlers. All info appriciated,

Aaron

in my experience, brushless is better. My AX-10 has bent people's brains with a quark33 and a Holmes Hobbies Scorpion 3014 in it using the stock gearing and a 3S lipo. As far as a radio, whatever you're comfortable with..

If you are going to use the stock tranny that a 2 channel radio will be good. If you plan on ever getting dig, then you should get a 3 channel radio. A spektrum is the best out there. IMO.
