| stripped pinion from the factory.
My pinion set screw was stripped from the factory. You can almost push the set screw through the hole for the set screw. Who would I contact for that part. By the way my T-Rex 450 pinions work also. I used one to make due but I would like to get the proper pinion.

The trex pinion is mod.5, which isnt quite 48 pitch but it does work. Give axial a call or email.

By the time it would take to get one, pny up and buy one from the store as a spare! Pinions are 48 pitch common and cheap.

No one in the SF area has a 48 pitch pinion? Team Losi, Robinson Racing, Associated ones will work fine. Even if you have to go 1 tooth up or down. I'm not saying Axial doesn't owe you a new one that works, but why wait is my thing for $5. |
