A couple things. the kit comes with two different sets of tiny pins. one set is for the body mounts and the other set is for the wheel hexes. the set for the body mounts are longer and wont fit in the hexes. I just thought that they didn't fit and i almost ruined two of my hexes trying to get them to fit. the set for the hexes are in the last bag. Next is the pinion bearings in the axles. Make sure the bearing behind the pinion is completely set into the axle case. push hard on the pinion and make sure they seat properly. Be generous with the grease. Better to have excess grease than not enough. Go easy on the beadlock screws. They strip easily. other than that this kit goes together very easy. |

I got mine a few days ago and started building. I am about 70% done (minus electronics). I was also missing one section of the axle housing. Corey @ RPP was VERY helpful and even offered to tear his own rig apart if Axial could not do it in a timely manner. But I got a hold of Axial and they took care of me quick! Thanks to them and Corey at RPP for some outstanding customer service. I even ordered a set of servo plates from him yesterday and will do more business with him soon! |

yea, no luck gettn a hold of axial, i think they're at an event. i had to run way across town to rc hobby shopto grab a spare parts tree, and was back on the build. almost done. if could just get more than just 4 hrs at a time, i'd be done, but s'all good. |
