Default 3 link keeps poping

on my back axal where my two upper links go into the v conector and then that v conector pops into the axal that peice keeps poping out, it happens even when there isnt thAT much pressure (from what i can see) and also i know this one has prob already been asked but my drive shaft keeps poping, not the yoke that is connected to the transmission but the plastic drive line keep poping off the yoke that is connected to the tranny and its only the one in the front

Install a 3mm flat washer on the backside of the upper 3 link, that'll stop the ball stud from popping out. Not sure about the driveshaft, I haven't had any problems with it coming off the yoke. Maybe try wrapping a zip tie tightly around the base of the driveshaft yoke, to stop the ears from deflecting.

You can see the flat washer on the upper 3 link here.

I'm worried about if they will limit articulation. Some of there rod ends don't work real good. Two metals, and not enough room for them to move around like the plastic/metal combo. Guess we will have to wait and see.

I had the same problem, take a look at your flanged ball, one end is wider than the other. just flip it around so the fatter end is on the outside of where it kept popping out. It solved the problem for me.

Honestly guys the best answer is getting to a 4 link. Both TCS and RCP offer great options. Or you can make your own, I posted a template here.

4 link solves the popping ball in that area and brings in a decent amount of better geometry. Also it gives you more options to change the upper links a lot more.
