Default The Rover

Well I finally got my Scorpion and put it together this weekend. I wanted to run my defender body but i didnt want to shorten the wheelbase of the truck to fit the body, so I decided to just cut the bed of the body up and try and replicate a truck that my brother built a few years back known as FrankenRover. Which started as a Landy D90 then the cab was put on a 110 frame with custom ford 9" rear end, then we put Mog portal axles underneath it. Basicaly this is a stock AX-10 with moabs, 55t B&B motor, Novak Rooster ESC, Futaba reiever, and a 2-cell lipo. Let me know what you think.

Frankenrover 1:1

Well I have been wheeling it for a few weeks and aside from the paint flaking this thing is amazing. Heres a quick vid of a nice little crawl spot over by my house. Does some pretty impressive climbs for stock ride height

Default Great body!

Great Defender body!

I run the same body, but didn't like the blurring effect of the stickers on the windows. So I just cut out (avoiding to put to much pressure with the knive on the body) the inner part of the sticker and got crystal clear windows
