| wheel weights stage 2 ckrc
i did the ckrc stage 2 kit and i wraped the wheel weights around the inside of the wheel and now i have uneven/ loppy tires when i go full speed which is slow with a 55t motor but will this cause any problems

| Your going to be working against the weights on the up-travel of said weights if you didnt place them evenly. Could cause problems on some terrain.

One thing I found was that the smaller beadlock rings (like the inside ones) are much easier to deal with when seating the beads. If you use a set on the outside of the wheel also it may help. This way you will have more access and can use a small screwdriver or similar to push the bead around under the ring before tightening it down. The larger outer rings that come with the kit make it a little more difficult to see how the bead is sitting etc. Even with everything perfect,,,, with certain foam and tire set-ups you can end up with temporary flat spots if the rig was sitting on it's tires for a while. They will go away after a few minutes of driving though. | |
