Mine on the original kit I bought when they first came out was fine. Also the ones I just assembled last night from the Axle kits (2) fit perfectly.

Are you talking stock, rcp, or rc4wd?

My rc4wd knuckles took some time to get the bearings in. Just wiggle em and they will go

stupid bearing still wont go in. i've been trying for the pass 2 hrs, tried the freezer method notting. tried to put something even over and give abit of hammer to it notting... its very odd that just the one wont go in.

it wont go over this

im just going to keep on building.. and think of other ways, or could it be that just that one stub shaft is fubard ?

There are several different sized bearings in the kit. Make sure you are using the correctly sized bearing, their is a size reference on the left side of the instruction page for that step.

If the bearing is the correct size then there is an issue with the axle. You can contact our customer service department at 949-600-8642 ext. 206 and they will be able to help you get the issue taken care of.

Thanks,
Axial

Set the axle with the thread facing up on a firm table. Put the bearing on. Slide a deepwell socket over the shaft the same size as the diameter of the inner race and tap it gently with a small hammer. It may just have too much coating on it and this will knock it away. If it doesn't slide down with light force then you need a new axle shaft-a-ma-jiggy.
