Default Shock Oil combo

I'm using Traxxas Big Bore Shock.

any used 30 weight front and 100 weight in rear? maybe I should ask using 100 weight too much?

I haven't got spring set either so that don't help me but wondering someone has tried 100 weight oil

100wt with 2 hole piston and red tmaxx springs is a popular combo locally.

i like running 25wt in the front and 30wt in right rear and 35 in left rear. soft springs up front and med on right rear and a traxxas stampede front spring on the left rear with some preload spacers to compensate for the shortness of the spring.

I have been using 20wt front and rear with Mini T springs inside the shock. Seems to work fine. What will heavier oil do?

Shock oil changes how fast they react to the terrain. I run 15 or 20 all the way around on stock shocks.

Thumbs up

I'm running the same Traxxas Big Bore shock as you, with the stock springs that come with them, but with 60 wt all around. I plan to go a little thicker but probably not all the way up to 100 wt.
