If you mount the tranny the opposite direction are you able to run it like that by using your throttle reverse. Other wise having the motor facing the rear axle  |

Ok, I dont know why your doing this but yes. And you can just reverse the motor wires to make it run the right way.

What brushless? If it is an outrunner, swapping any 2 of the 3 wires will reverse the motor, doesn't matter which ones.  |
