Default c-hub moving

After my stock chubs broke I picked up a set of HR's. They worked great for a few weeks but now the screws on the passenger side will not fully tighten and the chub will rock back and forth a little allowing my wheel to bind under anything over 75% lock while turning. Is there a fix for this? Possibly a slightly larger screw?

Replace all coarse screws with M3 screws...... this will save you a lot of trouble!

I have M3 screws installed with the Aluminum c-hubs. I think I might end up having to replace the axle housing.
