Thanx! Currently trying to figure out a paint job for the panels. Getting my Bomber on Monday should be one of the best Mondays ever! Last edited by PileDriver; 01-19-2018 at 08:38 PM. |

When I built my rear axle everything went together perfectly and I could turn the axle shafts pretty easily and it was smooth, but when I installed the trailing arm mount to the axle the axle shafts became extremely had to turn by hand. I can only turn the shots if I stick a wrench in the hex pin holes. Has anyone else had this issue? I've never had this issue with any other ar60 axle that I've built. Thanx. |

Did you install beeftubes? Sometimes the housing mold is bit warped and the screws will hang on the tubes. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

Also what screws will hang on the tubes? The screws for the lower link mounts? If that is happening I still don't see how it would effect the rotation of the axle shaft. My Wraith trucks all and scx10s all have bed tubes and no problems there. Thanx for the reply. |

I think i misinterpreted your problem (Im french)... I actually thought of the little screws on top of the c-hubs and lock-outs. They can be misaligned with the beeftubes holes and bind the shafts. If it's really the link mount screws, maybe they are twisting the housings causing the pinion / ring gear to bind? On my kit i had to redo the axles 3 times (with shims on the 3rd) to get the mesh right. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

If one or more of the bolts are too long they might hit the axle. I used too long of a screw at first on the lockout and it was contacting the axle

Also the tire foams are making the tires very difficult to mount to my VP rims. I mounted a tire to a VP rim using a stock tire foam basically with my eyes closed and it went together perfectly holding the tire bead strong. I finally got deuces wild foam and tire combo mounted and was able to pull the tire off the rim.
