Default DLux sway bar install?

Received DLux sway bar today. Few questions:

1) Should it come with screw and nut to attach the arm to the link? I already contacted DLux. Waiting to hear back.
2) I purchased soft and medium bars for front and back installs (I like options). Is the shorter bar for the back and longer for the front?
3) I know the hole in the arm is drilled for soft bar diameter but should the hole be drilled all the way through the arm? Seems like the hole on the back side of arm is partially drilled and therefore the bar doesn't go all the way through.
4) What are the white plastic bushings for?

Thanks.

1) yes it should come with hardware to connect the links.
2) Did you get the rear bumper mount version or the other?...i only ordered the .93 bar so I didn't realize they are different lengths.
3) I just drilled on through, won't matter either way bc it barely sticks out when installed. Can hardly tell.
4) The white bushings act like a spacer. Slide the bar through the holes then slide the white bushings on next and then the arms.

I also used some threadlock on the Grub screw that holds the bar into place.

Thanks!

I got both the front bumper and rear bumper mount in case I want to switch it up. Not sure if short or long bar goes on rear or front and vice versa.

I would go with longer bar in the rear. Did a rough measure of my. 93 bar it's 4 1/4" and I have the rear bumper mount sway bar.

1) It will only come with the hardware to connect the end links if you buy the end links.
2) "Is the shorter bar for the back and longer for the front?" Yes
3) They should be drilled all the way through. Make sure the set screw isnt what is preventing it from going all the way through.
4) They go between the arms and the plastic chassis to make sure the arms are at the correct width.

1) Sent you a Pm on hardware
3) Took set screw out and they are not drilled all the way through. I will drill myself.

Sure it mounts from forward location with links back to axle, same as Yeti

What if you switch the link to the other side.

Your links that mount to end of sway to trailing arm is on wrong side. See the 3 counter sunk holes, its meant for a flat head screw. Dlux has pictures on his site.

Both sides of the UCFab arms are counter sunk like that.

Lol I've never noticed that before. I have noticed one side is smooth and one side has a little step at the end. Do you have the little step facing in? That might help with a hair more clearance.

I should probably re-phrase my previous answer or at least qualify it with "my" UCFab arms came countersunk like that both sides, it may not always be the case.
You are correct on them having a slight step on one side, that may help in this case.
I think this just needs a slightly longer spacer.

Is it hitting the forward sway bar mount? Just remove it if it is. That's the only thing that it looks to be hitting. If you notice the picture with more clearance doesn't have it.

No, it's the rear chassis where the screw is on the corner that is rubbing the sway bar arm.

You need to space it out more until it doesn't hit.

If I space them out more then I will run out of bar and/or have slop since they are currently flush with the spacers.

So far on this purchase...I did not get the hardware I should have (wants $5 to ship 2 screws and 2 nuts to me), had to drill the holes through since they weren't completely drilled, and I have chassis rub on the rear mounting location (incorrect spacer size or bar length potentially?). Sold my VP bar because of the rave reviews on this and the ability for multiple mounting options. So far, not too thrilled with this purchase.
