|  binding in the tranny
was running the bomber in the sand with a few friends. transmission was making some grinding noise. Pulled it out cleaned it all up real good new bearings new marine grease just to protect everything little more. It turns smooth. till I put all the screws in then there's a some bind. Has MIP drive shafts and a steel hot racing spur gear. Rest of it is stock. Pulled it apart again nothing is bent. Any ideas?  |

Sounds like to me you are over tightening the screws. I did that in my scx10 when I first got it. Didn't have that problem when I built my Bomber kit but when my son took apart his RTR Bomber to grease the trans and t-case he did the same thing. He got it together and asked me to check it as it was his first time working on his and I couldn't even turn the shafts had to back the screws off some till it turned free and smooth
