| Scx10 lr3, more pics
I received my SCX10 from RPP Hobby last week and started building this thing as soon as I could. The build went together smoothly, almost without use of instructions . So far it really performs really great. The build is for my girl so the scale goodies will come with time. Let me know what you think Build: Axial Scx 10 LR3 New Bright body Tekin FXR Spektrum Micro Receiver Integy 35 turn CAC NBL 2.0 Wheels, ! strip of 1/4 oz per wheel 6/32 all thread and 1/4 stainless tube links(BEEFY) Hitec 645mg servo, will go water proof soon Tires are from losi, dont recall the name but they are for the MRC Last edited by nmanuel01; 02-03-2009 at 09:19 AM. i'm tempted to put the scx10 together this weekend but the only unmounted servos i have lying around are in the 200 oz-in neighborhood. is that enough torque for 1.9's? | |

Thanks guys! the rear wheel looks off in the pic but its spot on. The links are made out of 6/32 all thread and 1/4 stainless steel tube. I tried 8/32 and smaller stainless tube but the goat showed them no mercy lol. They actually look nice and beefy. Here is a link to the wheels, they are really nice! http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showt...&highlight=nbl Last edited by nmanuel01; 02-03-2009 at 08:22 AM. |

Very cool truck, I would love to build something similar. The Losi tyres and cac wheels really set it off.

Nope just drilled body holes, one thing I didn't notice and it's my fault for not reading the directions! You can move the rear mounts up so the shocks won't be at an akward angle. So the body has two sets of holes in the back, no biggie |
