 Just got done with the second coat of silver lexan paint on the outside of the body. Let's hope these lexan body painting tips from Chino63 helps. His flat olive drab paint job on his Slash is holding up great to a lot of abuse. | |

I got some more work done on my Proline CGR body today. I remembered how much I hate masking bodies.  I masked off the two diamond plate boxes behind the seats, the center shift console and the VDO gages on the dash as well as the entire body area that will be painted flat tan later.   After 2 coats of flat black.    I let the flat black dry for about an hour and then masked off the interior so I can paint the body panels flat tan.
