Default Pro-Line Scale Shocks RCX

Has anyone seen any info on these yet. I saw this in the July 2009 RCCarAction Magazine and that was it. They look pretty cool.

A set of those just may be in my future. Hopefully O-rings for them are actually available unlike the stockers.

Also...if they make these with similar construction & materials to their since discontinued Powerstrokes...they'll be a hit. I still have a set of the Powerstrokes and love them. Have used them in numerous builds and have yet to need to rebuild them. Not a leak out of them.

Those have my attention, but can/will they price them under the other scale shocks on the market? I have a truck or three that are in need of some quality scale bouncers.

They do look awesome, but the price is a little steep...$100/set? Yikes!

Those are probably suggested retail prices. Online stores and hobby shops should be a lot cheaper, hopefully. I like that the stock springs will work, I kinda like the dual spring look.

Proline's second step into the shock market. Nice, hopefully the price will come down. I wonder what goes into the top eyelet?

I was wondering the same thing about the top eyelets. If they're as smooth and cushy as the plastic stocker setup, I'd be willing to fork over some greenbacks. I'd like to see the price atleast meet the RC4WD units. I haven't spec'ed out the measurements on either set, but I'm wondering if the SCX-10 springs will swap over...or vice-versa. I'm running 2.2 PL Hammers on mine, it's a grin to watch the suspension work as I blast over stuff .
