Default How to mount steering servo to frame for scale look

Converting AX10 RTC to Scale SCX and wondering whats needed to mount the servo to look more scale instead of out front? Also, what's considered better: Xtrail frame or Axial Racing SCX10 Frame Set #AX30525?

Is there still room for the 6 cell battery when you did this?

no i run a 8 cell brick up front and the rx box went to the rear. you can see in my crappy cellphone pik. the servo and the 3racing winch control side by side and the batt. this setup is uber stable. GSRCC Drail

Or if you don't want to cut anything up, try this:

Its what I did, if you follow the mod all the way through you have the same end product as the handsbro kit. It works very well for me and no bump steer.
