It will take work to shorten things but it's doable.

Tower shows the Tamiya Bronco wheelbase at 11.3 inches. I believe the problem is the overall length won't cover the chassis rails.

Isn`t the HPI`s Bronco, Defender were 1/8th scale?

I`m a little confused with the scale of the SCX10 TR Dingo shell... Axial states 1/10th scale, but it looks more like 1/8th as it`s damn huge compared with the 1/10 tamiya Unimogs and Tundra!

Does anyone has the same feeling as me?

I agree. If the HPI bronco body fits 1/8 then that opens up for all the 1/8 savage bodies. But I'm thinking 1/8th is to big and need to find 1/10th.

But the SCX10 wheelbase is around 11.5", and it`ll not fit ant short wheelbase 1/10th scale jeep shells, even with the defender 90. Correct me if I`m totally wrong...

So I guess only those Tamiya pickup trucks like Hilux, Tundra, etc will fit quite nicely... not forgeting those toy Hummer H2`s also.

Besides the above, What about the New Bright JK? Is is neccessary to lengthen the wheelbase for SCX10 Chassis?
