| Maybe a new Jeep for WT.
I got a Axial SCX10 TR,,,and it wanted to be a Jeep right away. Well I remembered that I had a 1/9 Jeep out in the shed. So here we go methinks. Just a mock up. |

Thats an almost perfect fit. Just need to trim the front of the frame a bit and I'd say you are golden.

That'll look great on there.....can't get much closer to a drop in hardbody I dont think

That bad boy looks good on there my friend! If you shorten the front of the frame just a bit and lower the body, I'd say you have a winner!

This is my fastest build ever,,but a lot of fun, and I think it came out pretty nice too. Need to add some styrene to the half doors and remake the tranny cover. More pics: |

Looks good! Never let anyone tell you to cut your frame/chassis! once its cut there is no going back. I think it looks great just the way it is. I know this is not a SCX10 (CC01) but since your a fan of jeeps I figured you might like mine! [img] Last edited by grimgard; 11-16-2009 at 12:52 PM. |
