Love this kit. Very pleased with it. Started changing things from the git go like swithing out the plastic links for metal ones, also added on to the body and painted the outside of it. I think I will end up ditching it for a hardbody.
I like the speed that comes with the motor but the esc I find lacking sometimes when I want to crawl so I am switching that out as well to a rooster and probably a 35T motor.
I will say though that I hate the bumper for crawling, gets hung up on everything usually when approaching walls or steep falls. Been working on my brazing skills to make something new.
Big thumbs up from me though, not to much to complain about.

That's my biggest complaint too, I like the look of the bumpers but they get hung up on damn near everything.

i love mine also, as you can tell in my sig ;) I hated the front bumper too so when i went out id just take it off lol,

and then i turned it into a stub bumper...

now it sits like this awaiting many new parts and bumpers will be ridden altogether

Here is mine. The proline bumper never get hung up on anything. The kit is a better deal IMO since you need to swap out lots of parts from the TR.

Added a 2nd set of lights

I think it does, the only thing is its not a direct fit and you will have to make your own mounts.

here isa shot of the rear

rear mount

front mount b-4 I added the proline but same mounting sysytem.

Simple mods would be move the battery tray up front (its in the directions)

Add weights to the front rims

Add LED lights

Add scale items

Add our own body (proline has some good ones)

The axial bumper is a direct fit if your worried about fabricating your own mounts.
