Default Best brushless for SCX10 rockracer

Any body know of a good brushless set up for my scale SCX10 rockracer? Really looking for something that will still crawl slow, but has the R's for more speed !

I've been really impressed with the Tekin sensored brushless setups. A guy in our club (TLTRyan) had one and it was insane!!

I know a guy who ran a goat for a while, he said it was kind of notchy from a slow crawl, and when trying to get past that, it would get touchy and a bit too fast. Maybe he just didn't have it geared right. Seems as tho nobody around here is running brushless for various reasons. But I would like to change that.

I`m running a Tekin RS pro 21.5 geared 12/90 on 3s ,and it slow crawls great and has good wheel speed also . Works well with a 14 tooth pinion , still crawls decent but a good bit faster .

Thanks Redneck, I will check that out. I run a HH 7T puller now, I like it but wheel speed is just so so.

Yeah Matt, I do need to get out more! Between Helis, planes and paying bills I just don't have much time or $$ left. Gonna try to make it to some scaler runs though.

Keep an eye out on the club's forum. Seems almost everybody in the valley is getting into scale stuff now. Some of us may get together this weekend sometime

Discard warehouse? Being off work for the past year, I've had to sell or trade off most of my stash to pay for new trucks/builds...

I'd like to get out for a run, my new SCX10 is still sitting in its box, after a day of fixing big cars, its hard to get excited about coming home and fixing little cars!

What do you guys think of the Ezrun systems? I've had great luck with them in my truggies and see they have one for rock crawling. How do you think it would be for scale?

That's understandable, but it only takes a couple hours (at the most) to do the basic assembly

I don't have any experience with the EZ Run stuff. Price looks pretty decent, though.
