Talking Montana Bound Jero

I guess since I told Ben (Unimoger) that I would be making it up to the scale nats next year I better have a rig to drive...Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics...

I started with a SCX 10

Then I cut 2.48'' out of the rear frame (and donated it to Dirk)

Test fit, just where I wanted it...I cut the fenders similar to WTF...

Time for a little tube work...Still not done but you get the idea...

Okay I got a little more done since my last post

I dovetailed the front and rear a little under 1''...

And added some half doors...

Since it is going to be running Rok Lok tires I mounted the head lights in the grill...

yeah i don't know about the original plan on your paint. well i dont know. it could look really good, you'd just have to even out the rest with black i think. i think a shade would look better like silver. well figure it out and we should go to autoshopbodysupplies sometime and pick up some uber good paint.

Yeah I just dont know anymore...I'll have to surf a little to find out which color...Maybe satin black???

Thanks Z, im really liking styrene and plastic work right now...I haven't had this much fun in a while and I have another SCX10 on deck

I got the front fenders and firewall all done as well the lights mounted...

I love the spare hanging out the rear like that. Looks awesome!

Judging by the wheels, is the body going to be red or black?
