Ive heard the Rok Locs are awesome, but I wouldnt give up on the Flat Irons just yet!! I run em and love em, in fact, anyone swappin them out and needs em gone, lemme know, ill take em off your hands!!! Im runnin a set completely stock how it came with my SCX10 foam and all and LOVE em. Ive tried different foams, weight, cutting lugs etc but for some reason the stock, never been touched tire/foam/wheel combo from Axial still serves as the reliable "go-to" combo when the others arent workin. Ive also heard that cutting foam works best on harder foams and you can leave the softer foams alone. Do some searchin on this site and prepare to read for a couple hours about the subject lol. Best of luck!!! Matt |

I run stock foams, stock tires witha bout 3 oz each up front. They need to be broken in, mine are getting to that point. For being a "harder" compound they do work great.
