| hex screw kit
I bought a used scx10 and it came with these hex screws on the scx10. I was wondering where he bought them, so I asked. He never responded so I come here. They are like titanium looking or maybe stainless steel. but I know for sure they havn't rusted...

There is no way for us to know where he got those screws, however my local hobby store sells titanium screws individually. I am sure not all will do this, but they would sell sets at least.

RCScrewz sells a stainless kit for the SCX10 to convert it to complete hex screws. I doubt that they are titanium based on the cost. (approximately $60-$80 for a screw kit) I just sent a message to Hexcrews as I like the cabon steel look rather than the stainless for a SCX10 kit for my TR.
