Default Droop on your scx10?

Has anyone ran droop on their sxc10 and if so could you tell me how it was setup? What shocks you used and how it performed?

i'm doing a droop seup w/2.2's using the new G-Force Transition shocks
i did a mock up the chassis and it should work out good with about 80-90% droop and just a small amount of compression.
No pix yet just torn it all down and waiting for parts

i Ran droop with g-made shocks and hated it. If you plan on any speed at all dont do it. My friends and i rock race and crawl, it with droop it was hard to control with a little speed. Now i am running internal and external springs. And just messed with height of outer springs for adjusting up travel from ride height until it felt right. Im around 3/8 of an inch shaft showing now. Just enough to soak up a bump instead of bouncing over it

I am currently using the Losi 4" shocks set at half droop. They only have about 3/4" of shaft showing. I wanted them to act like real shocks and travil up and down. I have been very pleased with how they work.

If you click on the "Mega Cab" in my sig, it will take you to my build and show how I did the shocks.

Sorry. Could not help it.

I have driven some rigs with droop and i agree with aircooled. Any speed and it was way too bouncy for me. I like some up travel.

On this topic has anyone cut down the stock springs from an SCX10 and just ran partial droop? That is what I am considering doing with my JK to bring the height down slightly.
