|  Just ordered the Honcho!
Can't wait to get it in. I've been waiting on a Tacoma body RC for quite awhile. I ordered the Tacoma Grill/Badging decals also. I have a ton of spare parts for my CR-01. I will eventually purchase the NOVAK Rooster Crawler Combo but in the meantime do you think the Tamiya 27T Silver Can would work? Also, what about these LED lights on ebay. They are 5mm. I'm not sure what size the Honcho takes. My plan for now is to put two tailights, two lights in the fog lights and two lights in the headlights. Are these all 5mm on the Honcho? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...%3DI%26otn%3D2 I think I am going to paint it with the Pactra Metallic Black or Ourlaw Black to resemble my 2002 Taco. The Honcho uses 5mm LED's so you will be fine with those.

WhooHoo. Just got confirmation that my Honcho was delivered this AM. Too bad I'm at work. Can't wait to start the build. Might have to pull a late nighter. Still haven't figured out what electronics I want to run but I plan on getting it into a roller soon Still undecided on exterior paint. Still thinking the Outlaw or Metallic Black to copy my 1.1 Taco. I bought some Krylon Fusion to paint the wheels but I purchased gloss black. Thinking of going with a flat black because I am going to use the same Krylon to paint my inner fenders that I am making. |
