| SCX10 on 1.9 or 2.2?
I am interested in seeing what the SCX10 will look like on 1.9" rc4wd mudslingers w/o any mods. They look really small on the Tamiya High Lifts I have seen. So I am thinking the 1.9"s are a bit smaller and cannot fit on the stock beadlock Axial 1.9" wheels that come with the SCX10? Does anyone have pics of 1.9" mudslingers on the stock Axial 1.9" SCX10 beadlocks? Or any other tires you would recommend for the stock 1.9" wheels? |

1.9 slingers will fit on the stock axial beadlocks - however - they are TINY and VERY HARD - also, the axial wheel is slightly wider than what they were designed for so the tires look rather oddly stretched when you mount them up. I have a 1.9 slinger on a stock axial beadlock I use for a spare on my 1.9 only because I wanted matching rim and the tire was pretty well useless for anything else when compared with the other 1.9's available. I'll try to remember to take a pic tonight. The flat irons that came with the scx10 are a very capable tire, as are rok lox's and I've heard good things about severl of rc4wd's newer 1.9 offering's but I dont have any first hand experience. |

I am running reduced but not narrowed 2.2 mud slingers and they are super nice in the rough stuff but are not the greatest on the slick rock, i have heard great stuff though on the rok loxs though

from what i hear the 1.55 slingers are the same size as the 1.9, and look more scale. and x2 on the flat irons.
