Honcho winch mounting

I'd like to see some pics of how you guys mounted your 3racing winches on the Honcho bumper. I have one of those winches winches that were made in Germany a few years ago and the mounting studs are too short. Thanks

I took the winch off of the mounting plate and drilled the bumper for the front 2 holes in the mounting plate. I then remounted the winch to the plate using the 4 bolts and came up from the bottom of the bumper with 2 screws and lock nuts securing the winch to the bumper using the mounting plate.

I haven't tried to pull the truck yet but I would imagine it'll be fine this way, after all the bumper is plastic so if its really stuck I am not going to try and force it out with an insane winch pull.

i had longer screws for my set-up so i left the plate attatched.
