| I ordered a SCX10 kit a few days ago.. Making another order now for some other stuff I need. Just wanted to confirm that a Hitec HS-645MG would be a good choice for the SCX10? I'm just going to be goofing around with it mostly on trail type terrain. Going to be using a Tekin FXR and 6 cell EnerG4200's for now. Prefer not to use an external BEC if I don't absolutely have to. Stock 1.9 wheels/tires. Thank you!! Eric |

| The 645MG would be ok but you'll find it to be weak in some situations. The HS-5645MG is a step up. I run that on this Second Chance Dove-nose Yota but it fails to turn the truck in some situations. I just bought this tonight for the yota http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXTHR3&P=ML (had some extra christmas cash around). But I do run 11.1v lipo and external BEC and the Tekin fx-r. But the 645MG is good entry servo but there are better options. Just as anything. |
