Talking SCX10 Jeep Wrangler Truggy

Well now that its up and running I guess its time to start a thread and post some pics.

Specs.

SCX10 kit

Tamiya Jeep Wrangler body

1.9 Rok Lox

MIP drivelines

35t Tekin, Mamba Max and 3s lipo, 645 Hitec mounted to chassis

SCX10 and Tamiya Jeep Wrangler body, anyone see a problem.

Now how too make it fit.

Very hard to do with a new body so time to put it back together.

Time too fill with styrene and a bit of body filler.

Time for primer and to test fit.

What color to make it stand out.

Rear cab mounts and rocksliders started.

Time to start on some body protection.

Its a TRUGGY so I cut the frame off behind the cab and started with the tubing.

Spare tire mounted and tubing painted with boatsides on.

Front velcro body mount on and electronics mounted in Hitec servo box and siliconed shut.

Tell me what you guys think this is my 1.9 entry for the 2010 ORCRC TTC hoping I can get in and do better than my Yota truggy did in the 2.2 TTC.

How much shipped to 93612?

Seriously, that turned out great, I would rock that as a 1:1.

Well just found out I got voted into the ORCRC 1.9 TTC so Toyofast should be having some good video of this thing in action in a couple weeks.

This is sweet. I like the Jeep truggy. It sure is nice to see something different than a Honcho.

Nice choice on the color also and I like the boat sides also.

It was going good until the pin came part way out of my MIP CVD rear shaft and hit the spur stripping the teeth off of it.:-(

Love it! Not only is it cool with some obvious skill in the fab work, but it gets used and that what I like to see
