Default soncho,goncho..another @#$!ing honcho

ive been waiting on these and drooling over everyone else's pics.
so the good lord opened the clouds and there it was...
sitn on the back shelf at work with my name on it.
!ahhh! (bright light,angels singin).

i took her home and over the weekend i put the bad
boy together,painted it,supplied it with scale acc.,winch,
stickers,and some new wheels.

i left the front 3linked,4 linked the rear.

did away with the front crossmember thats
been giving everyone trouble.

used some leftover parts from my tamiya pajero
for the rear winch points.

used an eye screw on the bed for bungees.

and the rear mounting post, i stuck the post down from the top
and pinned it underneath,so no clips will be showing, used orings
for cushion.

drove it yesterday while we had some sun shining.
(been so long since isaw the sun i was wondering were all this bright light was coming from)

this rig rocks!
i was taking easy since its new,but it didnt let me down
in true axial fashion it crawled over everything.

parts used..
axial honcho kit
traxxas xl 5 wtrprf esc
spektrum rec
2c lipo 1550 maxamps
axiom 45t motor
645mg servo

heres pics..

winch point

rear lights,tail lights,rock lights.

scale stuff.

winch.

cac 1.9 beadlocks.

some trail pics.

!!watch out for wild life!!

the name says it all..

getn a lil sideways.

going down the escalator.

thanks for looking.
cant wait for warmer weather!!!

Looks really good! I like all the little tricks you mentioned and I'm glad everyone is sharing them. Those wheels look nice!

1. made the cage part separate, not bolted together at body.

2. rock rails need to be a lil higher, maybe a tad smaller in dia.

3. cage bolted to chassis

4. some winch hooks for frame

i know axial has to make them for everyone to use
not just the scalers.
just my 2 cents.

Extra light buckets/lenses are included in the kit.

AX80045 - buckets
AX80049 - lenses

Excellent job done on your Honcho. That thing is sweet. All these sick Honchos are making me wish I waited instead of getting a TR.
