Default Chad30w's Silverado Truggy

Well my first attempt at a scaler, let's see how this works out. I would like to thank CD and Darkhorse for some parts they donated to my scaler cause here we go on to the goods....

ESC= Either and FXR MAMBA MAX or Holmes ESC
Drivetrain = R2D to an Eritex Transfer Case or Ax10 to Eritex
Tires are gonna be 1.9 Rox Locks
3r winch or ???????
Traxxas water proof servo
RC Bros Leaf Conversion and Steering Kit out Front
Custom 4 link will be out back(wanna push the wheelbase out a little)
Internal and external Cages

Here's a few starter pics...........

The body will be a little lower and boatsided and the front bumper will be made housing the winch and driving lights.....be easy on me this is my first scaler build....

Would love to bring it Saturday but it won't be ready but I will bring it to show off a little. I'm gonna make a few changes to the interior cage the bar in the front by the a pillar looks kinda goofy so I'm gonna try to work on that today. And then start making the Transfercase mount and new shock hoops on the front the rear will be part of the cage work. Also gonna move the rear link mounts back about an inch or so. I think it will make the rig look better

Personally I think the body is to high. Can you drop down some? Other than that it is off to a good start.

I might be able to drop it a little but then id have to modify the cage and everything else.........I'm gonna see where it sets after i build the bumper and the rest of the front be fore i do any serious modifying. I can lower it about a frame width before any serious mods will have to be done:?
