| SCX10 Hilux lighting demo
My SCX10 based Hilux now has full lighting equipment installed. No expensive Tamiya TLU stuff here. All wired up by myself and controlled by some very cheap (but very good) control units from Flymotec. |

now that is awesome...i like how you can have the right or left turn indicator on w/o turning. and the emergency lights were awesome... so is there a link to this light controler and how many channels are you running?

Since this is told to be inexpensive, we all would like to know more. Electronics, how they are wired and where they can be bought.

Thanks guys. The controllers are available here: http://www.flymotec.de/index.php/cat...e-von-CTI.html but I don't know if they do international shipping though. The indicators are switched manually by a proportional channel. They turn off automatically after 8 blinks (which is quite cool). The emergeny lights stay on. The reverse and brake light switch itself by signals from the speed controller. I used 2 modules from Flymotec: PS2BR for brake + reverse, and PS4B8 for everything else (incl. driver's cab) The controllers have wiring instructions included, but are available in german language only I think... |
