| Whats a good setup for a scx10 motor/esc wise?
My scx10 is mainly gonna be used for mud and some trails not much rock crawling. I dont really care for dragbrake so i dont think i need a new esc. What motor/pinion/voltage has a good wheelspeed but good torque |

Whay ESC are you currently using? For bashing and trail running, I like the Sidewinder 4600 or 5700 combo. With the 5700, 14/87 gearing seems to work just fine and I'm getting well over an hour of runtime with trail running. |

If you are not going to be crawling much, go for the Velineon Brushless system. Had it in a Mini E Revo, screams and "waterproof" stock!

You really can't go wrong with an FXR and one of their handwound 35T motors. I am running the FXR in my crawler and scaler soon. Top notch, but not waterproof stock... |
