Default Whats a good setup for a scx10 motor/esc wise?

My scx10 is mainly gonna be used for mud and some trails not much rock crawling.

I dont really care for dragbrake so i dont think i need a new esc.

What motor/pinion/voltage has a good wheelspeed but good torque

Whay ESC are you currently using?

For bashing and trail running, I like the Sidewinder 4600 or 5700 combo. With the 5700, 14/87 gearing seems to work just fine and I'm getting well over an hour of runtime with trail running.

If you are not going to be crawling much, go for the Velineon Brushless system. Had it in a Mini E Revo, screams and "waterproof" stock!

You really can't go wrong with an FXR and one of their handwound 35T motors. I am running the FXR in my crawler and scaler soon.

Top notch, but not waterproof stock...
