Hey guys, Just ordered a scx-10. I picked up a pro-line ambush shell for it and need some new shoes. I've decided on 1.55 black steelies, but can't decide on tires. I'm looking at mud thrashers, rock crushers, mud slingers, and rock stompers. What do guys think? What would be the best overall performing tire? Any thoughts? Cheers, Mike |

I think the Mud Hogs are some good looking tires. For all around your probably better off with the stompers.

I have 1.55 stompers, slingers and mud hogs. The best all around tire out of these are the hud hogs. Stompers work great on dry rock, when they get wet they don't work very good. Mud slingers work good on all types of rock but tend to load up in mud. Mud hogs work good on all types of rock and terrain. |
