i'm using the stock gearing and the truck is slower than what i expected. is there better gearing to use? i want plenty of torque but would like a little speed also. the truck is about at quick as a fast walk right now. any ideas?

What kind of battery are you using? More info on the truck's running gear....

You can always volt up. I run that motor with a 14T pinion on 3s LiPo, seams to be the right combination of low end control and wheel speed.

Well if you have a charger that can charge them, go LiPo. Your ESC can handle 3s (11.1v). Make sure you use the Castle Link to set your ESC to LiPo cut-off mode too.

Hope this helps a little
