| Little on the slow side
just got a honcho kit and got this motor for it http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXLYV2&P=7 i'm using the stock gearing and the truck is slower than what i expected. is there better gearing to use? i want plenty of torque but would like a little speed also. the truck is about at quick as a fast walk right now. any ideas? |

What kind of battery are you using? More info on the truck's running gear.... You can always volt up. I run that motor with a 14T pinion on 3s LiPo, seams to be the right combination of low end control and wheel speed. |
