Awesome!

All these were 100% stock RTR Trail Honchos. Only added a 2s lipo for power.

I want to buy one so badly but with 5 scalers and another project in the works....

I would definitely recommend the Honcho TR. Run it as it comes out of the box and upgrade it as you go. I was at the MSD Nats and can tell you they did better than alot of the other rigs there.

Pick one up, you will not be sorry...

Yup! Got me one on Fri. Been driving the heck out of it all weekend Bar none, the best RTR I have ever bought. I have changed out the ESC for a MM, but that is just because I can't live without my Mamba, and I needed the LiPo cut off.

That depends on your perspective. Remember it only does 10-12 mph. If you're looking for a racer it will dissapoint you in stock form. But general around the yard bashing it's great.

I got the OG SCX10 and ever since I've been slowly selling off my other cars and trucks. The most fun you can have with a surface RC I feel. For the money the RTR is a great but if you can get the kit and do it right from the start do. Actually looking at my second one now.. Good luck.
