Default ax10 to scx10 cheap convert ?any suggestions

i already have 2 ax10 an a scx10 and im gonna be getting another ax10 on a trade tom. i know i have to have the frame anyone made there own an have a parts lists i could go by it id appreciate it

It depends on how close you want it to be to a box stock SCX. I started looking into doing it, by the time I added up the body, tires, wheels, shocks, frame, bumper, sliders, links (depending on which WB you are going for), etc, I just ordered the kit and will try to sell the AX10. For the cost of shocks ($80), tires and wheels ($60-$90), body ($40 or more) alone, you're only conservatively $70 short of the cost of a new kit. Just FYI.

all true, my situation was different because I got an ax10 for $70 and decided to build an scx with all the best components. Still may end up cheaper than a stock scx
