Default SCX10 Beadlocks

Hi all. Just started building the new SCX10 Honcho. Coming together well. This is my first crawler/scaler and first look at a set of beadlocks. The instructions say "do not overtighten". How much is that? At the moment I've got half a mm or so gap between the ring and the rim. Do I keep cranking down till their touching? Sitting the rings on the wheel with no tyre prior to installation, I didn't think it would get close to touching because of the thickness of the tyre. I am close, but not quite......

Go all the way but thats it. Pushing down on the ring as you screw will help.

As stated by TAT76 - have the ring go all the way to the wheel itself. But only screw the screws in to do that, and not any further.
