Default SCX10 Dingo wb 11.4 to wb 12.3

Quick question, i have the SCX10 dingo WB 11.4" and i would like to fit the new jeep comanche body that fits 12.3" wb, also I'm in the process to upgrade the link to Aluminum links. You guys think it will be a better move to get the Al links for 12.3 and modify the 11.4"? What other things i will have to modify/upgrade if i want to change the WB to 12.3/

Thank you.

If I'm not mistaken, nothing. I think the shafts are the same, but not positive.

I believe there are extra links in the tr box that you can just use to make your dingo 12.3 all I did was put on the plastic link out of the extra parts that came with it I 4 linked the front and rear and now my wheel base is the same size as my dads honcho

The extra links included with the Dingo don't extend the wheelbase to 12.3". I started with a Dingo, but it has a Proline Chevy K10 body that's 12.2" and I had to make my own links out of Revo rod ends, 8-32 all thread and those are sleeved with 1/4" steel fuel line.

That's wierd because all I did was swap the links front the top to the bottom when I added the 4 link front and rear and now my wheelbase is the exact same as a tr honcho out of the box I'm glad that got yours to work but all I'm saying is this is how it worked out for me not only did I compare it wheel to wheel upside down to a honcho but now the wheels do not fit correctly in the dingo bodies wheel wells.
