Default servo binding.

I have an issue with my scx10 honcho kit. My servo is binding on the front battery plate hold down thing, here's pics of what's happening:

I would if I had one, and I'm out of scaler funds to buy one.

thats straight down compression, but in reality how often does your rig flex like that? usualy one side is compressed and its not much of a problem.

but the true fix is a longer servo arm, the kit should have come with some extras

The reason I asked id that it's limiting the flex a lot, and with the motor I'm running, a titan 12 turn, it can catch a little air. And when it does, the front axle gets stuck.

This the excact same thing I had with my car.

Check your front axle C's for knuckle angle.
I had mine too much forward and used shorter spacer on upper link.
Give it a try. The part that is too long is AXA1421

Solution:Shorter upper link spacer.
The one that goes between the plastic y and axle.

Looks too me like you need to grab a dremel and go to town on widdling that front cross brace down at the outer edges where the button head contacts it as much as required w/ out compromising the battery support. That should give you full stroke of the servo arms under compression.

Yes that is what I first thought too. But then looked at the angle of the front knuckles.
It was waaay too much to the front.
When you look at the axle from the right side rear axle on
the left and front on the right, then the knuckle was about this angle /.
