Default Couple of pictures

Went out with my friend. He is running his setup more as a Monster Truck. He has the VXL-3S and Velineon and moves atleast 4 times as fast as I. While mine is more for trail crawling. I am running the FXR and stock motor still. I am running the stock body (butchered for the 2.2's).

I am digging the honchos with 2.2s. Even though they are not "scale", I see tons of people running huge wheels and tires on trucks (1:1 trucks that is) these days that are definitely not scale. I don't feel that the 2.2s are so far out of scale that it makes it look wrong. rcsparks.com has a nice honcho with 2.2s but he put the proline 95mm shocks on it, which lifted it a bit and maked it look cool. My sense from most people reading on this forum is that the honcho could stand a little more suspension travel. Nice work!

He is using an 8 cell NIMH geared 14 pinion stock spur. He also has 4 wheel steering.

Really better for mudding than crawling, but that is what he likes to do. Nice to have such versatility with one truck!

Took a couple of quick videos as well, this first one shows me getting stuck on a log that he can clear with ease.

This was me making it up a steep little hill, I was quite impressed.
