When you say the front wheels are acting wierd, are they twitching from side to side? To me it sounds like a radio problem.

Have you got the antenna extended on the Transmitter (controller)?
Have you got the same channel crystal in both the transmitter and reciever?
Is the Antenna wire on the reciever damaged at all?
Have you tried charging the battery again?
Have you checked all the plugs on the reciever?
Are the batteries good in the transmitter? (if you accidentally left it switched on they might be dead. Easy to do)

I don't have experiance with the charger that you have, but I have heard of chargers that think the battery is fully charged, but actualy it isn't. If you put the battery back onto charge you can double check that it is fully charged. Because you say that the front wheels are acting wierd it sounds like the radio system is glitching. Either something isn't connected properly or you are getting interferance. I would check the above and see if you notice anything.

When the truck stops and won't move. Will it move once you pick it up and hit the throttle? If so then you need a bec. But it may be like stated above

Not trying to sound like a smart ass but you are turning the radio on FIRST, right? If you turn the truck on without the radio on it will go full throttle without you touching anything. Also check your Throttle and Steering Trims on your radio.

We have alot of people come into out store who have the same problems. They forget to unravel the RX antenna from the RX box, also make sure the Transmitter is on first and the ESC arms before you drive or it will cause issues

do you have a lot of fluorescent lights or CFL bulbs in the house? AM radios do not function well around them either

Any update? Want to post a pic of your truck and have you checked everything suggested? Have you read the manual through?
