| Scx10 TJ 1.9
Here is what I started with, a 10wb tamiya bronco SCX10 Ok, I wasn't down with the short wb. It looked cool but just couldn't see it as a performer. So... I picked this body up at radio shack last week. Last night I decided to take the dremmel to it and after putting the scx wb back to stock this is what I ended up with. Still needs a bunch of styrene work even more tube work and maybe new wheels. What do you think so far? Last edited by klabeaume; 01-04-2011 at 07:06 PM. |

I liked the Bronco, but I like the Jeep even better.

| Thanks, me too there is still a bunch to do but it's coming along Thank You Sir Thanks Dez I liked the bronco too but to be honest, I never even drove it once, I guess I just knew I wouldn't like the short WB. I am pretty happy with the change so far. |

Damn that looks good! What's frustrating is that's what I was originally wanting to do and the body I was looking for at Radio Shack. Since they didn't have the TJ I ended up picking up a JK body instead and cutting that up. I may end up having to go look for an additional body... |

Wow! At first it looked "plastic-y fat roll cage-y". Now looks great.
