Default Jeep Comanche Truggy

This is my Axial SCX10 jeep comanche with truggy I built and bumper, rocksliders, and fender well sliders. Started out with a honcho kit and went from there. Had built a bumper/sliders/fender guards for the honcho. Built the new ones to match the comanche body.

Yea happy with the colors had the fenders and bumper painted black but cut them off the body to get more tire clearance. Painted the tube work with a under body coating for painting frames on off road trucks not sure how it will last. May try out the spray on bed liner. Just trying to find something that doesn't chip.

Don't think I will do a full exo cage not sure tho might steal my wife scx10 and do a build with it. Before i cut the fenders they rubbed but not to bad I just think it looks better with them cut off plus it narrows the front end up. The pipe bender i used was from micromark.com here is the link http://www.micromark.com/UNIVERSAL-BENDER,8229.html Works good been doing some tube work for some local guys as well. Here is a bumper and cage I made.

The MJ looks killer and you actually know that a truggy is all tube in the rear, from how many morons are calling their Honcho's truggy's it's hard to find a true truggy. Kick ass work, I am curious with as short as the rear is are you experiencing and forward rolls when descending steep grades? It just doesn't look the rearend has enough weight to it to descend well. Unless you've weighted the wheels.

My rear wheels are not weighted and the rear tube is all solid rod and It can drop off ledges with out going over. Ran it the other day and works awesome can scale around rock and handles a ton better than with original frame.
