just for a reference picture here is my honcho with 2.2 Hammers from an ax10 scorpion. some body trimming will be needed though. also part of the roll cage needs to be taken off because the tires hit when flexed. some say that 2.2's looks stupid on a 1.9 scale rig but i like the look and they give you a little more ground clearance too. it also depends on the look you are going for, like with 1.9's it will look more "scale", with 2.2's you'll get a little better performance. |

im stuck in the middle, I like the performance of 2.2 with the more ground clearance but the whole reason I did a scale truck is for the look so im in the middle right now. im needed some better shocks how ever.

haha yeah it is a hard decision eh?? ever since i got my honcho i knew that i wanted to put 2.2's on it. im still going with scale just with 2.2 boggers, but will build my own roll cage and some longer shocks and some scale accessories like a cooler, jack, etc. |

I would try a taller 1.9 tire first before jumping into the 2.2's, just my 2 cents.

have any of you guys used the baja claws, they seem to be the ones im after I think, the boggers are kinda going away from the look im going for. the flat irons that I have now seem to be really small.

your first mission...... ditch those tamiya battery connectors. go to deans, traxxas or I just switched all my stuff to a much cheaper better solution in my opinion http://cgi.ebay.com/5-Pairs-XT60-Bul...item35ad23539d |
